উপকরণ:
- ১ কাপ চালের সেদ্ধ চালের গুঁড়ো (চালের গুঁড়ো অনুযায়ী পাটিসাপটা পিঠার কষ্টকে বাড়িয়ে দেয়া যায়)
- ১/২ কাপ চিনি
- ২ কাপ দুধ
- ১ কাপ নাড়কুলি ফুলের গুঁড়ো (অপশনাল, তবে এটি পিঠার স্বাদে একটি স্পেশাল টাচ যোগ করে)
- লবণ পরিমাণমতো
প্রণালী:
১. প্রথমে একটি পাত্রে দুধ ও চিনি নিয়ে চিনি গলে পর্যন্ত উপকরণ মিশিয়ে নিন।
২. চালের গুঁড়োটি আবারো একটি পাত্রে নেয়া হোক।
৩. এখন উপকরণগুলো চালের গুঁড়োর উপর ঢালে দিন।
৪. ধীরে ধীরে পানি ঢেকে দিন যাতে পানি বের হয় না। ৫. পানি শুকিয়ে গেলে এটি অগ্নি থেকে নামিয়ে তাপ্ত হতে দিন। ৬. সামান্য তেল দিয়ে স্বচ্ছ পানিতে বেলে নিন। ৭. পিঠাটি সজানো জায়গায় ঢেলে পেটে পুটিয়ে আসতে দিন।
৮. এখন এটি মধ্যম তাপে সুষম আগুনে প্যানে ঢেলে সেদ্ধ হতে দিন। ৯. পানি শুকিয়ে গেলে ওই সাইজের পানি বের হবে। তারপর পিঠাটি অলপ ঠান্ডা হলে বার্তা দিয়ে বরফ বের হলে সার্ভ করুন।
